- Successfully responded to and managed over 100 rescues and major first aid incidents.
- Worked with lifeguards and admin staff to create a safe environment for up to 200 swimmers
- Created and taught lesson plans for 40 swimmers ages 1-90+ in 30-60 minute weekly classes.
- Maintained National Lifeguard Pool, National Lifeguard Waterfront, National Lifeguard Waterpark, CPR C, Standard First Aid with AED and AMOA, and Swim Instructor qualifications through regular training and certification.

- Managed a team of 6-12 outdoor aquatic staff guarding lakefront and outdoor pool and facilities.
- Helped plan and lead 4 staff training events/year for 6-12 staff where I taught staff our water rescue procedures, strategies for teaching swimming lessons, and hand signals used for communication.
- Created/taught lesson plans for children 2-16 years old; learning in Red Cross 30-60 minute weekly classes.
- Successfully responded to and managed over 20 water rescues and major first aid incidents.
- Helped oversee the Youbou Regatta and its 300 visitors.
Senior Swim Team Coach Duncan Stingrays Month 2015–Month 2020
- Worked closely with a group of 20 elite swimmers to train in Frontcrawl, Backcrawl, Breaststroke and Butterfly.
- Tracked times and provided guidance before races and feedback after races to swimmers at regional, provincial, competitions.
- Created and lead daily 1.5 hour practices and tracked development of each swimmer.
- Attended monthly team meetings and created a safe environment for swimmers and coaches.
